Nice location, conformable and clean room. The breakfast has a very good variety of products and it is definitely better than the average breakfast in this type of hotel

Immaculate property in a quiet residential street with easy access to Hohenfelde and the colourful and lively St Georg. Central station is within walking distance, but may be a challenge with heavy luggage. Public transport nearby. Lovely room with safe, ‘fridge’ and air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and beautifully appointed bathroom with toiletries supplied. Excellent breakfasts with a fantastic choice in a very pleasant breakfast room. Professional, friendly and smart members of staff. Very near the Alster lake which is glorious for strolls.

own parking garage with 2 charging points, nice in these cold days. Was able to charge most of the time and apart from these spots there was enough available. Easy driving out without individual payment, just on license plate. Even was offered free parking and charging due to the restoration of the hotel and some noise that was craeted by it. Very thoughtfull. Nice restaurant and bar.Food a bit on the expensive side but good quality. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice, cooks and staff readily available and also good quality.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really great with fantastic variety. The hotel is not quite in the city but the Outer Alster is a quick hop away if you want to go for a walk or jog and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Loved the quiet sitting area outside the hotel and wish they fixed it up more as not only smokers like to sit out in summer. The little convenience store was very practical, specially as a family.

Very neat and clean hotel, there are some snacks, drinks and sanitary products available 24/7 (at your own cost, but still great to always have something), the room seemed to get cleaned when we were out, even when we haven’t checked out yet. Very nice service! 😊

Easy to reach,4min foot walk to suburban train station “Uhlandstrasse”,located next to the Alster,the location offers a nice walk beside the water into the city center,all linen-towels-sheets-pillows-mattress of really high quality,everything is clean and modern,nice sauna area,beautiful lobby and bar with high quality food and drinks (Happy Hour 17-19 is the best),very kind,experienced,friendly staff - at the welcome desk as well as in the restaurant/Bar,delightful breakfast - decent quality

The breakfast had a good choice of continental and hot food, including an omelette station. The hotel has a small amount of parking to the front of the property. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help, with exception of the bar manager. The room was compact but clean and enough with a large double shower with a good view into Hamburg across the lake.

It is such a wonderful experience to meet welcoming people at the beginning of your stay. Joanna from the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The rest of the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and beyond what I have expected. The breakfast staff were awesome especially Nils, with such a welcoming & warm smile to start your day on a super positive note. Thank you Crowne Plaza Hamburg for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is comfy and everything is well maintained, looking newly renovated. Breakfast offers a great selection and on weekends is available till 11 am. Coffee machines are complemented with filtered coffee and lactose-free milk is offered, too (greatly appreciated!). There's a tiny shop in the lobby with basic supplies. Parking in the garage is for a fee which I consider quite high (26 EUR / night) taking into account the already quite high room rates. On the other hand, offers two Tesla Destination chargers for no additional charge, which is a plus. A subway station is 5 minutes walk away. Several good restaurants are in the vicinity (check out the Brazilian Xodó on Hofweg).
